RegisterDescription
Join us for a mini- symposium showcasing recently funded CBA research with a diverse series of short talks at the cutting edge of biodiversity and ecological research. Topics range from innovative frameworks for assessing thermal sensitivity across species, to breakthroughs in genomic identification of preserved parasites and hosts, and advances in airborne environmental DNA (eDNA) detection. This event offers a unique opportunity to engage with emerging tools, ideas and researchers shaping the future of environmental science.
There will also be the opportunity for networking and discussion for future collaborations and initiatives, including lab tours of the Australian Biodiversity Discovery Facility and demonstrations to explore the future of automated species monitoring with the DiversityScanner technology pipeline.
Expressions of interest are invited for recipients of CBA funding to present. Send EOI's to present to jess.ward-jones@canberra.edu.au. 15 minute slots are available.
