As part of the Australian and New Zealand Entomological Conference at ANU in December, the CBA will be hosting lab tours of the ABDF and demonstrations of the DiversityScanner pipelines.

As part of the 5th Combined Australian and New Zealand Entomological Societies Conference the Centre for Biodiversity Analysis will be hosting lab tours of the Australian Biodiversity Discovery Facility (ABDF).
The tour will include demonstrations of the DiversityScanner pipeline that combines robotics, high-throughput genomic sequencing and machine learning to scan, image, classify and quantify invertebrate taxa from mass environmental samples.
Four 1-hour tours will be held starting at 10am, 11am, 1pm and 2pm. You can choose a time when registering.
Location
RN Robertson Building, Research School of Biology, 46 Sullivans Creek Road, The Australian National University.
We will meet at the Little Pickle Cafe in the foyer of the RN Robertson Building.
