The DiversityScanner team welcomes the opportunity to apply the DiversityScanner pipelines to your research or monitoring projects. We can assist with invertebrate imaging, sequencing, bioinformatics, training and project co-design based on our experience of how this technology can work for your specific needs.

Following a recent open call for expressions of interest, eight diverse test projects were chosen to evaluate the DiversityScanner pipelines. Results and recommendations will be available soon.

We also encourage enquiries from new partners and collaborators looking to develop projects and proposals to further advance the technology in Australia.
