About

Applications are now open for the CSIRO National Research Collections Australia (NRCA) Undergraduate Vacation Scholarships
CSIRO’s Collections are a vast storehouse of information about Australia’s biodiversity - essential to taxonomic, genetic, agricultural and ecological research.
These research studentships provide a great opportunity for undergraduates to spend a summer working with a CSIRO scientist on a collections-based project. Students will receive $1,536.81 per fortnight.
Students will be hosted by the Australian National Insect Collection, the Tree Seed Centre and the Herbarium in Canberra, the Tropical Herbarium in Cairns and the Australian National Algae Culture Collection in Hobart.
Applications close 6 August 2018.
