This Friday we will practice linear mixed models, from 10 to noon, in the DNA meeting room (S104), first floor of Robertson (from the main entrance walk to the end of the Catcheside court, turn left, and the DNA room will be on your right).

There will be exercises to understand error structure, read model summaries, test the significance of random effect, fit complex random structures...

I will post the content on github.

The goal of these workshops (held regularly at the Research School of Biology, ANU) is to provide a deeper understanding of statistics and proficiency in R. They are aimed at Honours, Masters and early PhD students, but everyone is welcome. The course material from previous sessions are available here. Please email Timothée Bonnet if you would like to be added to the workshop mailing list.
