Visualising and combining trait and evolutionary distances for community analysis

Audience Grad students, Post docs, Professors. Participants should have a basic understanding of R.

Background prep Participants need to bring their own laptop with R and the following two packages installed:

  1. ape: Analyses of Phylogenetics and Evolution
  2. Picante: R tools for integrating phylogenies and ecology

These files should also be downloaded prior to the workshop:

  2. funphylocom.R
